Security Questions
Use the Security Questions page to update the security questions you set up during the self-registration process.
You can choose from fifteen questions.
Note the following rules regarding security questions:
- Each security question that you select must be unique. You can't select the same question more than once.
- No three answers can be the same.
To change your security questions
- Navigate to the Security Questions page.
How?
On the navigation panel, click My Account
Security Questions.
- In the Questions list, select the question you want to change.
- In the Answers list, enter the corresponding answer.
- Repeat these steps until you have completed your desired changes.
- Click Submit.
- Log out of the Ceridian My Records Employee Portal.
- Log back in to the My Records Employee Portal.
The new security questions are now activated.
